All of our protective eyewear comes with a soft PU leather case which doubles as a fancy pencil case or a secret spot to hide your love notes from Dr Dreamy.  For an even sturdier option, check out our Sistasaidso+ Round Protective Eyewear 2.0 range which comes with a hard, embossed, trifold case with a magnetic closure (a request from some of the sistas - most likely those guilty of throwing their eyewear in the bottom of their bag at the end of a shift!).

Disclaimer: Sistas, please note our protective eyewear does not currently hold any formal accreditation within Australia. We are working had with a testing lab to ensure we are providing an item that meets the current (very strict standards!).  Although we have had some wonderful feedback, including that the optical coverage of the lenses is sufficient alone (the top and side shields are a bonus), we hope to have the final prototype finalised in the second half of this year.  In the meantime, we honestly believe our current product offers better protection than many of the options we are currently being offered in the workplace. Feedback from the sistas has also told us that this product also encourages much better employee compliance.  Watch this space.

Returns Policy: 

OFF DUTY™️ Apparel

We know how challenging sizing can be in this modern world and we want you to feel comfortable and satisfied with the fit of our OFF DUTY™️ apparel.  It is for this reason we will happily issue you a store credit, exchange or refund within 30 days from the date of dispatch.  Our online returns portal makes our returns process nice and easy.  Simply click here, enter your order details, and follow the steps to complete your return.

All refunds will be processed using the same payment method used to purchase the item/s. You will receive confirmation via email.

Please note, a $9.95 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund/store credit once your return is received by us. Please note, we do not offer returns or exchanges for international orders.

If returning OFF DUTY™️ apparel due to a fault, please contact us here and be sure to include photographic evidence of the issue.

Sistasaidso+ reserves the right to reject returns that do not comply with our returns policy. Our returns policy is in addition to your consumer guarantees under The Australian Consumer Law. Sistasaidso+ accepts returns under the following conditions:

• You have proof of purchase.
• Products are unworn, undamaged, and in original condition, with all packaging included.

Compression Socks

Please be aware, we cannot refund or provide exchanges for compression socks due to strict hygiene reasons. We liken socks to undies for your feet! Please be sure to consult our helpful sizing guide here before you finalise your purchase. 

* Hot tip, if you are unsure of which size to select please base your selection on your calf circumference measurement. Be sure to measure the circumference of your calf at the widest point. 

Accessories

Please choose carefully - we do not offer exchanges or refunds for change-of-mind purchases of Sistasaidso+ accessories (earrings, fob watches, scrub caps, sleep masks, protective eyewear and reusable cutlery).  We reserve the right to decline a refund if any of these items are posted to our warehouse without prior correspondence with our team.

We do not offer refunds on gift cards.

Faulty Items

Although we pride ourselves on the quality of our products, if you find that your product is faulty on delivery, please contact us here. 
Please include a photo and description of the fault so that we can forward the details to our quality control team and arrange a resolution for you in a timely manner.

Please contact us within 14 days of receipt to arrange a resolution for faulty items.  We will not be able to assist with faulty items after 14 days has passed.

Return shipping costs will only be covered by Sistasaidso+ in the case of replacing or returning faulty items. 

Warranties

Here at Sistasaidso+ we carry out meticulous quality control prior to dispatch.  That said, we recognise that, on occasion, all businesses are faced with manufacturing faults.  It is for this reason that we offer the following warranties.  If you believe your item is faulty, please contact us here.

60 Day Protective Eyewear Warranty

Our Sistasaidso+ protective eyewear frames are made from acetate.  This is a very lightweight plastic and considered much better quality than standard plastic.  Each pair is quality checked before being packaged and sold.  If a frame is damaged and you notify us within 60 days from the date of dispatch, Sistasaidso+ will issue you a refund.  Email here and be sure to include photographic evidence of the issue.

1 Year Fob Watch Warranty

Your Sistasaidso+ fob watch is covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of dispatch.  This covers materials and manufacturing defects, the watch movement, hands and dial only.  This warranty does not cover damage to internal and external components due to contact with water.  Our fob watches are 5ATM which means they can be subjected to light splashes and moisture.  Please avoid wearing them in the shower, when swimming and other activities that will expose your watch to more than just minor splashes.

Our warranties do not cover damage resulting from improper handling, lack of care, accidents including scratching, dropping  or normal wear and tear.

Please note: we only reimburse shipping costs if your product meets the initial faulty policy and a resolution is arranged within 14 days of receipt.
