Here at Sistasaidso+ we pride ourselves on our teamwork (nurses!) and transparency.  As an online-only store, we understand that shopping online can sometimes be a bit challenging. If you need any extra help selecting the perfect item, feel free to email us here.

Just a quick note: under Australian Consumer Law, we’re not required to offer refunds for change of mind or incorrect selection, so please choose carefully!

Returns Policy: 

OFF DUTY™️ Apparel

We know how challenging sizing can be in this modern world and we want you to feel comfortable and satisfied with the fit of our OFF DUTY™️ apparel.  It is for this reason we will happily issue you a store credit or refund within 30 days from the date of dispatch.  Our online returns portal makes our returns process nice and easy.  Simply click here, enter your order details, and follow the steps to complete your return.

All refunds will be processed using the same payment method used to purchase the item/s. You will receive confirmation via email.

Please note, a $12.95 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund/store credit once your return is received by us. Please note, we do not offer returns or exchanges for international orders.

Sale items are final and unfortunately we cannot arrange refunds or exchanges so please make sure you've read the product descriptions carefully and are happy before you checkout. If you've got questions, we are always happy to help please contact us here with your order number.

Sistasaidso+ takes no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries without proof of delivery. Your original shipping charges are not refundable. 

If you return any OFF DUTY™ apparel purchased as part of a bundle, any discounts or offers applied at checkout will be adjusted. Your refund or store credit will be based on the full price of the items you keep, not the bundle price. This means that returning an item will invalidate the bundle, and store credit will be issued for the remaining amount after the full price of the kept items has been deducted.

If returning OFF DUTY™️ apparel due to a fault, please contact us here and be sure to include photographic evidence of the issue.

Sistasaidso+ reserves the right to reject returns that do not comply with our returns policy. Our returns policy is in addition to your consumer guarantees under The Australian Consumer Law. Sistasaidso+ accepts returns under the following conditions:

  • You have proof of purchase.
  • Products are unworn, undamaged, and in original condition, with all packaging included.

Compression Socks

Please be aware, we cannot refund or provide exchanges for compression socks due to strict hygiene reasons. We liken socks to undies for your feet! Please be sure to consult our helpful sizing guide here before you finalise your purchase. 

Hot tip: If you’re unsure which size to choose, we recommend basing your selection on your calf circumference. Measure around the widest point of your calf for the most accurate fit. Still unsure? We’re always happy to help with sizing queries—feel free to reach out to us here. 

Accessories

Please choose carefully - we do not offer exchanges or refunds for change-of-mind purchases of Sistasaidso+ accessories (earrings, scrub caps, sleep masks, and reusable cutlery).  We reserve the right to decline a refund if any of these items are posted to our warehouse without prior correspondence with our team.

We do not offer refunds on gift cards.

Christmas Gift Set

Please note that all items in our Christmas Gift Set are non-refundable unless faulty, in accordance with our regular returns policy. This includes the FREE sunglasses case provided as a gift with your bundle purchase. As the sunglasses case is a complimentary item, we are unable to offer replacements for it.

Faulty Items

At Sistasaidso+ we carry out meticulous quality control prior to dispatch.  That said, we recognise that, on occasion, all businesses are faced with manufacturing faults. Although we pride ourselves on the quality of our products, if you find that your product is faulty on delivery, please contact us here. 

Please include a photo and description of the fault so that we can forward the details to our quality control team and arrange a resolution for you in a timely manner.

Please contact us within 14 days of receipt to arrange a resolution for faulty items.  We will not be able to assist with faulty items after 14 days has passed.

Return shipping costs will only be covered by Sistasaidso+ in the case of replacing or returning faulty items. 

Please note: we only reimburse shipping costs if your product meets the initial faulty policy and a resolution is arranged within 14 days of receipt.
