Refunds & Returns

If you’re looking to return or exchange your order we're here to help! Please read the below carefully:

Please choose carefully - we do not exchange or refund for change-of-mind purchases of Sistasaidso+ accessories (this includes; socks, earrings, fob watches, eye masks or face masks).

For Sistasaidso+ apparel we are happy to offer a store credit or gift card for change-of-mind purchases within 14 days of purchase.  This can then be redeemed for replacement sizes or items, simply complete a new order @  We are unable to arrange direct exchanges.

To return an item that you have purchased from Sistasaidso+ via return post:

    1. Email the Sistasaidso+ Support Team at
      to request your ‘e-parcel returns slip’ and a returns form.
    2. Put the completed returns form, with the items that you are returning, into a suitable parcel or box.
    3. Place the ‘e-parcel returns slip’ on your parcel and take it to your nearest Australia Post outlet for scanning and postage.
We reserve the right to charge you for any return postage costs incurred for your change-of-mind purchase.  The amount will be deducted from the total of the store credit being issued.
Sistasaidso+ is not responsible for products lost on return shipping.
Although we pride ourselves on the quality of our products, if you find that your product is faulty on delivery, please contact us directly at so that we can resolve this issue for you.
Replacement will be provided for faulty goods.
Return shipping costs will only be covered by Sistasaidso+ in the case of replacing or returning faulty items.
