If you’re looking to return or exchange your order we're here to help! Please read the below carefully:
Please choose carefully - we do not exchange or refund for change-of-mind purchases of Sistasaidso+ accessories (this includes; socks, earrings, fob watches and eye masks).
For Sistasaidso+ apparel we are happy to offer an exchange, store credit or gift card for change-of-mind purchases within 14 days of purchase.
Please note - we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on sale items.
Although we pride ourselves on the quality of our products, if you find that your product is faulty on delivery, please contact us directly at email@example.com so that we can resolve this issue for you.
Replacement will be provided for faulty goods.
Return shipping costs will only be covered by Sistasaidso+ in the case of replacing or returning faulty items.
For change-of-mind purchases the cost of shipping is at the purchaser's expense.
Sistasaidso+ is not responsible for products lost on return shipping.
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
