Hand wash recommended—but let’s be honest, who has time for that?! A gentle warm cycle (no greater than 30°C) will do the trick. For best results (and to avoid potential colour transfer), wash separately the first few times.

Not a fan

Sizing incorrect. I used a measuring tape to get correct fit. I bought the x3 pack. I also find they are not breathable due to the synthetic fibers

We’re so sorry to hear the fit wasn’t quite right we know how frustrating that can be after taking the time to measure. Our size guide is based on calf circumference to ensure the right level of compression support, but as everyone’s leg shape and comfort preference differs, sometimes another size can feel better.

Our socks are made from a blend of nylon and spandex, the same materials used in most medical-grade compression socks. This is to provide effective graduated compression while staying lightweight and durable.
