If you’re looking to return or exchange your order we're here to help! Please read the below carefully:
Please choose carefully - we do not offer an exchange or refund for change-of-mind purchases of Sistasaidso+ accessories (this includes; socks, earrings, fob watches, scrub caps, sleep masks and protective eyewear). We reserve the right to decline a refund if any of these items are posted to our warehouse with a returns form, without prior correspondence with our team.
Please Note - We do not accept returns on any SALE items or on gift cards.
For Sistasaidso+ apparel we are happy to offer a store credit or gift card for change-of-mind purchases within 14 days of receipt of shipment. This can then be redeemed for replacement sizes or other items - simply complete a new order @ www.sistasaidso.com. We are unable to arrange direct exchanges. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
To return an item that you have purchased from Sistasaidso+ via return post:
- 1. Double-check (like a drug-chart) our returns policy to ensure your product meets the criteria for a return - we reserve the right to decline a refund if it does not.
- 2. Complete the returns form
- 3. Put the completed returns form, with the items that you are returning, into a suitable parcel or box.
- 4. Take your parcel to your nearest Australia Post outlet to lodge a return.
- 5. Once your items are received, we will issue you a store credit via email.
All exchange shipping is done at the customer's own expense and we recommend using a prepaid, tracked postage method to ensure safe and documented delivery. Sistasaidso+ takes no responsibility for missing incoming deliveries without proof of delivery. Your original shipping charges are not refundable.
Although we pride ourselves on the quality of our products, if you find that your product is faulty on delivery, please contact us directly at firstname.lastname@example.org. Please include a photo and description of the fault so that we can forward the details to our quality control team and arrange a resolution for you in a timely manner.
Please contact us within 14 days of receipt to arrange a resolution for faulty items. We will not be able to assist with faulty items after 14 days has passed.
Return shipping costs will only be covered by Sistasaidso+ in the case of replacing or returning faulty items.
Here at Sistasaidso+ we carry out meticulous quality control prior to dispatch. That said, we recognise that, on occasion, all businesses are faced with manufacturing faults. It is for this reason that we offer the following warranties. If you believe your item is faulty, please email us at email@example.com.
60 Day Protective Eyewear Warranty
Our Sistasaidso+ protective eyewear frames are made from acetate. This is a very lightweight plastic and considered much better quality than standard plastic. Each pair is quality checked before being packaged and sold. If a frame is damaged and you notify us within 60 days from the date of dispatch, Sistasaidso+ will issue you a refund. Email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and be sure to include photographic evidence of the issue.
1 Year Fob Watch Warranty
Your Sistasaidso+ fob watch is covered by a 1-year warranty from the date of dispatch. This covers materials and manufacturing defects, the watch movement, hands and dial only. This warranty does not cover damage to internal and external components due to contact with water. Our fob watches are 5ATM which means they can be subjected to light splashes and moisture. Please avoid wearing them in the shower, when swimming and other activities that will expose your watch to more than just minor splashes.
Our warranties do not cover damage resulting from improper handling, lack of care, accidents including scratching, dropping or normal wear and tear.
Please note: we only reimburse shipping costs if your product meets the initial faulty policy and a resolution is arranged within 14 days of receipt.
