It is for this reason we will happily issue you a store credit, exchange or refund within 30 days from the date of dispatch. Our online returns portal makes our returns process nice and easy. All refunds will be processed using the same payment method used to purchase the item/s. You will receive confirmation via email.

Please note, a $12.95 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund/store credit once your return is received by us. Please note, we do not offer returns or exchanges for international orders.

Great hoodie

Compfy warm great hoodie, about to buy another one

My new favourite sweater this winter when I'm off duty. It's comfortable and soft. I'm normally 2XL for tops and jumpers and this has room to move for XL for me. Hasn't shrunk in the wash yet, so I'm really happy with it.
